Stay longer - Our B&B is your perfect place to call home during one of your extended stays to the Berkshires- We love to book extended stays (one week or longer) in any of our rooms and offer many extra's to make this special and affordable. Please call us for details!

Deposits:
One night deposit required to book room for weekend. Half of entire balance due to reserve rooms if longer.

  • Weekly rates are available
  • In season 2 night minimum required on weekend nights.

Weekend Rates:
July and August weekend prices are from Thursday through Sunday.

Minimum Stays:
July - October weekends require a 2 night minimum stay.

Cancellations:

  • If you must cancel your reservation a two week notice is required and you will be refunded with 80% of your total deposit. If you must cancel without a two week notice, and we are able to re-rent your room, the same policy applies. If we are unable to rent the room you will be responsible for the entire time frame you have reserved and your credit card will be charged.

Check in Time:

  • 3:00pm. Please call ahead if you are planning to check in after 9:00pm.
Check out Time:
  • 11:00am

  • Extra person in room: $30.00 per night /A single roll-a-way is available.  Rooms based on double occupancy
  • Children over 12 welcome
  • Smoking outside only please

  • Mid Week Specials Available
